AI Build Configurator

An embeddable cost model for AI and HPC data centre builds. Seven configurations, nine Canadian jurisdictions, capital expenditure by line item, energy cost, revenue by commercial structure and simple payback — running on your own site under your own brand, from a single script tag. If your a billion dollar AI Company planning more AI infrastructure in Canada and have at least $20,000 ready for a licensed software from SCR please call +1-778-557-2041 today. We are particularly interested in TELUS and there new expansions in Alberta maybe you need some planning help.

Live Configurator

This is the production widget running under a demo licence. Switch configuration, province, cooling architecture and accelerator class and the entire model recalculates.

Outputs are planning-grade estimates built on published 2026 benchmarks. Not an engineering quote, not financial advice.

How It Embeds

Two elements. No build step, no package install, no copy of the model on your server. The widget renders inside a shadow root, so it cannot inherit or break your existing site styles.

Paste where the tool should appear:

<div data-scr-ai-build data-key="YOUR-LICENCE-KEY" data-profile="powered-shell" data-region="BC" data-theme="dark" data-accent="#60a5fa" data-brand="Your Firm Name"></div> <script src="https://strategiccryptoreserve.ca/widgets/scr-ai-build-widget.js" async></script>

What the Model Returns

  1. Facility load. IT load multiplied by the PUE of the selected cooling architecture, so the megawatts you have to buy from the utility rather than the megawatts reaching compute.
  2. Rack and accelerator counts. Derived from rack density, capped at the physical ceiling of the chosen cooling method, with per-accelerator draw including node overhead for CPU, NIC and storage.
  3. Capital expenditure by line item. Shell and core, electrical and mechanical fit-out, cooling system, network fabric, land, utility contribution, soft costs and accelerator purchase where the configuration owns silicon.
  4. Annual energy. Megawatt-hours and cost, splitting utilisation-scaled IT consumption from constant cooling and distribution overhead.
  5. Revenue by commercial structure. Dollar per kilowatt-month for lease and hosting models, dollar per accelerator-hour for owner-operator and neocloud models, and a blended split for hybrid mining and AI sites.
  6. EBITDA, margin, simple payback and contract term value, plus build duration added to the provincial interconnection queue so the timeline to first revenue is visible alongside the economics.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the AI Build Configurator embedded?

One container div carrying your licence key and configuration attributes, plus one script tag pointing at the hosted file on strategiccryptoreserve.ca. Nothing is copied to your server, no build step is required, and the widget renders inside a shadow root so it cannot collide with your existing site styles.

What does the licence include?

An annual domain licence covering the hosted script, ongoing maintenance of the cost constants and provincial power dataset, white-label theming to your brand colours, and configuration of which build profiles and regions your instance exposes. Licences are issued per domain and validated on load.

How are the numbers kept current?

The cost constants, provincial rates and interconnection queue estimates live in the hosted script file. When they are revised, every licensed embed reflects the change on the next page load. Licensees never redeploy anything and never run a stale model.

Can the model be customised to our own cost basis?

Yes, on the enterprise tier. Cost constants, revenue defaults, regional data and accelerator classes can be overridden per licence key so the widget reflects your own build costs rather than published benchmarks.

Is the output suitable for client-facing work?

It is a planning and screening tool. Outputs are order-of-magnitude estimates built on published benchmarks and are labelled as such in every export. They are appropriate for early site screening, client conversations and proposal framing, and are not a substitute for engineered estimates or utility confirmation.
