The AI Build Configurator models seven build configurations, from edge rooms to AI factories, against all nine Canadian provinces and all 50 US states plus DC. It returns facility load, capital expenditure by line item, energy cost, revenue by commercial structure, EBITDA and payback. Provinces price in Canadian dollars and states in US dollars, with state sales tax and large-load tariff rules applied.
Licensees embed it with one script tag and we maintain the data centrally, so every licensed site updates on its next page load.

Every licence is governed by the published Licence Terms and Annual Usage Agreement. Fees are in Canadian dollars for every licensee, terms run for twelve months unless a quote says otherwise, and nothing renews or charges automatically. We email a renewal offer about 30 to 45 days before a licence ends.
Independent call centre partners in Canada, the United States and elsewhere introduce the software to businesses. Every sale still closes directly with us, by phone at +1-778-557-2041 or by email, and only our checkout or our own invoice creates a licence. If anyone asks you to pay them directly for a licence, don't pay, and contact us.

That makes it a sound footing for a small Canadian operation, and it keeps the commercial side entirely separate from the parody token. $SCR and the NFT collections remain entertainment, and nothing on this page creates a promise, a revenue share or an expectation of profit for anyone who holds them.
