AI Build Configurator licences carry a three-day refund window from email delivery. Site Screening Reports are non-refundable. All return requests go to support@strategiccryptoreserve.ca — there is no physical return address.
This policy supplements section 11 of the Terms of Service and the AI Build Configurator Licence Terms.
The annual AI Build Configurator licence fee is refundable in full if you cancel in writing within three (3) days after delivery. After that window, the fee is non-refundable except as provided under the defect and repair policy below, or where otherwise required by law.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@strategiccryptoreserve.ca. Verbal requests are not accepted.
Delivery is complete when Strategic Crypto Reserve emails you your widget — the licence key, licence record and embed code — and that email is confirmed delivered to the address you provided at checkout. The three-day refund window starts at the moment of confirmed delivery, not at the moment you open the email.
If you do not receive a delivery email within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at support@strategiccryptoreserve.ca before the refund window begins running.
Site Screening Reports are non-refundable. Because a screening report is created specifically for your site and delivered immediately, it cannot be returned once delivered. If you have a dispute about the quality of a report, contact us at support@strategiccryptoreserve.ca and we will work to resolve it.
If the AI Build Configurator widget fails to provide cost estimates, or fails to work on your licensed domain, you may report the defect to us in writing within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
All return and refund requests are handled by email. There is no physical address to ship to — the licence is delivered digitally and a refund simply cancels the licence record.

We aim to respond within one (1) business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically three to five business days after we issue the refund).
How do I request a refund for my AI Build Configurator licence?
Cancel in writing by emailing support@strategiccryptoreserve.ca within three (3) days of licence delivery. Include your order confirmation number or Stripe receipt. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
When is an AI Build Configurator licence considered delivered?
Delivery is complete when Strategic Crypto Reserve emails you your widget — the licence key, licence record and embed code — and that email is confirmed delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
Are Site Screening Reports refundable?
No. Site Screening Reports are non-refundable once delivered.
What if the widget has a defect?
Report any defect in writing to support@strategiccryptoreserve.ca within fourteen (14) days of delivery. We will repair the widget as soon as possible. If we cannot repair it within ten (10) business days of your report, we will credit you the unused portion of your licence term as set out in clause 7.5 of the Licence Terms.
What does 'return by mail' mean for a digital licence?
There is no physical item to return. All refund and return requests are handled by email at support@strategiccryptoreserve.ca. Once a refund is approved, the licence is revoked and the refund is issued to your original payment method.
